Having easy access to the national videogame museum and being right by sheffield cathedral. The rooms in the hotel were big.

It was situated close to some back alleys, making it convenient to access most attractions in the area. the room was clean and tidy, providing plenty of space. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. the restaurant was really busy, indicating its popularity. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. the hotel offered great service and a pleasant stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Sheffield. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome. They were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and even keeping it safe after check-out. The service was top-notch from start to finish.
Our stay at this hotel was great and we enjoyed our time there.

The hotel had a decent location and a good price for the room. Service was prompt and friendly, and the breakfast was decent enough. the hotel room was also spacious enough with a comfortable bed.
The overall quality of the room was below par. the bed sheets were stained and the bathroom was not well cleaned.

Recently had a great city trip near a popular shopping district. Had a comfortable and lovely stay at a wallet-friendly hotel near the heart of the city. Overall service was exceptional, with friendly staff and a quick check-in process at arrival.
This hotel turned out to be a bit dated with little attention given to detail in the housekeeping department. The room was not cleaned as well as expected, with cups and glasses left uncleared and the bathroom not fully sanitized.
